Warp:

"Why didn't you guys tell me about this shorting stuff a long time ago"

The corollary to "buy and hold is dead" is "every man is his own hedge fund." I find the more I short the more comfortable I get with this inherently uncomfortable practice, yet the real play in stocks, given that bull markets are stronger and longer than bear markets, is to find the excellent powerful long play.

One thing I always try to keep in mind is "never short a story stock," which goes along with "never short a dull market."

Finally, there is "bulls make their money above the 200 DMA, while bears make theirs below the 200 dma." Given that none of the Homeboys is below the 200 dma, it pays to be prudent and light fingered.

There, I've shot my wad on short selling, anyone care to add, comment or criticize?
