Picked up some CEF at $4.12 which looks like a terriffic bargain based on the new money coming in. This is about 4% over yesterdays NAV which would be like 2 1/2% over todays. It is almost like buying bullion at this price.

Couldn't read your link, but is this the deposit up in the Dakotas, Montana area??? With the salty water outflows?

I know a few folks up there and the water outflows are doing a tremendous amount of damage to the vegetation and surrounding ranch land. Yeah, the ranchers get money, but a lot of them want their ranches back.

Just a different perspective.
