Some time ago I also believed CEGE was a OB @ 16 and they are @ low 13's so WDIK???(g)

TYC was supposed to file IPO of CIT this week which will give it a pop when it happens. If it delayed to long by SEC, watch out below. They already admitted only have available cash to get to Feb 03.
