George, VIX cannot be ignored!!! Critical technical indicator, low risk short low 20s - higher risk as we move up and less risk long the higher it goes.

Looks like the many here and on other threads that derided VIX as being of little use any longer now have cause to regret their words. The idea that the stock market could put in a significant trough with VIX in the low 20s always was absurd to this observer.

But George, haven't you heard? It's different this time.
