<Until such a time as the company comes out and defends their stock with a buyback, the market will look at the stock like it has the plague. When you are sitting on $2/share in assets less debt and the stock is priced below $1 - what does that tell us?? It tell us that the company either doesn't have a clue or they are willing to let the common shareholders dangle in the wind. No one has been willing to buy the company or maybe no one has offered the right price.
I must admit that this one looks VERY tempting on paper. EDIT: until the management steps up to the plate and buys the stock, I'll wait...>

I think its pretty darn obvious why they aren't buying their shares back - Corporate spending isn't coming back anytime soon. Did you see the tech analyst on CNBC about 1/2 hour ago. He said Nasdaq must hold the 10 year long term chart at 1450. I don't think it will hold, then we're all really screwed. I'm not buying ANY stocks under 1 buck at this time of year - they MAY be delisted down the road!!!
I'm not selling my share either!! I'm staying the course, staying with TXCC!!!!!!

As far as I can tell, the mgmt of this company always have been clueless. I traded it when it was in the $50s and $60s. I had no idea it had fallen this far. Why the huge drop off in sales........any idea?
