Zeev:

Have held my own, but to be frank, the violence of the bear market rallies has everybody antsy and most bears (yours truly included) have been far too quick to take the quick profits and duck for cover. Today was a perfect example. I expected (and have posted) that INTC would be forced to warn in a very negative way, but my exposure was nil.... just too darned worried about the amount of "down" we have experienced during this past two weeks. Fortunately, I am carting some IBM, which I expect to get fully "cratered" over the next month or two. The company's fundamentals are beyond ugly and the market is slowly but surely becoming aware of this.

Best, Earlie

Zeev: What (IYTO) is the likelihood of an alternate scenario where the turnips are NOT early but, rather, we blow right through the September lows on all indices and set the new for the year in last week of June rather than September or October? Could the climactic washout and monster rally happen sooner than we think, without a "double dip" in the fall?
