Started what ? ********************** I assume there are some people out here who are intimidated by certain SI posters (especially those who dig up very obscure (and very useful) FCC documents) ... who are afraid to ask : "What is your point ?" (because they might be afraid of appearing "clueless"). It is nice to know ("upfront") that there was no specific "point." Jon.
