I think this will happen, but not THIS bottom. Perhaps the next, we'll see rotation into tech (or at least some stabilization) with the big cap financials, retailers and consumer durables leading the next leg down.

Nope. The only way that we can get that run into the fall is to clean some blue chips. I want doubt in MMM, not SEBL or IMNX. It'll come before we see a good buying op.
