Just remember, rarely is there a bell that goes off when capitulation occurs. In fact the slow death march the last 2 years has made this Markets a very dubious, frustrating, and scary place to invest.

Many are hoping for a 1987 type crash again. I agree, that would be a relief and a clearer sign of a bottom.

I said on this thread many, many months ago that most should just put their money in CD's. I bet many wish they had.
