I feel like Dithers might if he were out of town on business, left his hotel to get a drink at a bar down the block, and after he ordered a drink, he looked around and realized he was in a gay bar. BBBBBBut, there should have been a sign on the door!

Here's an interesting family law situation.

In my own backyard, as it were.

I'm sure it'll be part of the discussion at the annual Family Law Conference I'll be going to later this month.

I'm torn over what the right thing to do is. I could argue either side with some convincement. And I have no idea what the appropriate statutes and precedents may be.
