Zeev, be ready for orchestrated intervention regarding the USD. Japan already admitted that their economy is hurting due to the weak USD. Europe is next in line.

The EUR appreciated around 9.8% since February against the USD and also most currencies by lesser amount and the effect is equivalent to 1% rise in interest rates

If gold stocks are sold during the last phase of the nassacre to meet margin calls, then bonds should be the "safe harbor" and perform well, as frequently gold stocks and bonds move in opposite directions. Then again, if this is indeed the ultimate bottom, stocks and bonds should experience a large concurrent decline!
