As regards: "As long as this stock keeps making new lows, it (the company) will eventually go belly up", I don't see why that's necessarily so. I see the stock price as divorced from the business. The stock could go to one, but as long as the company maintains its business operations (cash flows), and if there are no violations of loan covenants, "belly up" is not necessarily an eventuality.

The stock's breaking down, certainly. Maybe more drops to come. Maybe as pouncing shorts pounce away. Nobody can know how low is low.

I added a little more TYC to my position today.
