And what if there is no growth? What if next year Intel estimates are the same as now? Why should it get that valuation? For a cyclical, it's priced high.

And when growth does return (I doubt it will be all that great, but assuming it does), then what valuation should it get? If the pe and p/s are high at bottoms, why should the stock rally and get an even higher pe if the pe is low at peaks?
