I know what you just said.

It has nothing to do with my point.

Which is that he lyingly claims that he did specify before the election that there would be circumstances under which the SS "lock box" he talked about would be opened.

But he didn't.

So it is a lie, just like "I never had sex with that woman" is a lie.
