Hi Hardly,

Perhaps I didn't express myself well.

I'm very impressed with all of their new initiatives:
RAC
i suites etcetera

even with excellent new entries - the market isn't responding,so they have to do something with the cash.

That was the point - I so poorly made.

The valuation of Oracle is a marketplace inequity.

So many investors should have the problem of a debt free company ,rich in cash, that is gap accounting profitable.

This is a blue chip that is on sale as a blue light special.

As frustrating as it is to endure - this too shall pass.

Bob

As a matter of fact, after spending much of last night studying many charts - it looks to me like Orcl is about to lead the market out of this funk.

To be very truthful,I invested in Oracle thinking software would lead the recovery out.In the past my holds have always been in semi equip - they seem to have done the inital leading.Perhaps now as they pull back on Intel's softness in Europe news - Oracle can take a lead role.

This morning is a great buy the dip opportunity.I expect Orcl to be a relatively stronger tech stock this A.M..

JMHO

Bob
