I haven't seen much discussion about this little headline today. IMO, this isn't just a little random thought by Cheney. They are preparing us for military action in Iraq. Which would imply that the dates out in 2003 that have been bandied about are probably too far out.

If we mirror the rise after the september lows, we should have a big stick down on monday, followed by some consolidation for about a week and then followed by the final capitulation.

But I don't know that there is any real reason that we have to follow that scenario. (still that is the one that I am leaning toward).
