That certainly is an impressive list of questions and I am sure the engineers in Arkansas are very capable and knowledgeable people. But it looked suspiciously like the Georgia State engineering exam and the University of Kentucky Civil Technology exam. Do you suppose they have an information and technology sharing agreement between those states? I looked up the answers in William John Hill's text "The Calculus of Near Zero Tree-Spanning Neural Networks from Genetic Algorithmic Variance of Recursive Relations in Arbitrary Functions of the 3rd Degree." The answer was always 42.
