Didja ever notice that you see two headlines about Government purchases of computer services.

1) Government lets contract for 100 Million for Computer service.

2) After two years, 100 Million computer service contract won't work. Government sues co.

This usually comes about, IMO, because the government refuses to buy an "off the shelf" service. They always want a special deal that is buggy and won't work. Let's hope the FBI does better.
