Earlie, the late 90s was the exception to your comments. During this time a viable business only needed investment bankers who would promote the company promising prosperity in the future with little regard to the inevitable losses that would be inflicted upon the public. To use Fed member Adolph Miller's words during senate hearings in the 1930s " it was a vulgar grasping for gain at the expense of the community" . I think those words are appropriate today. Alan Greenspan has facilitated the greatest wealth transfer in the history of the world- IMO. Mike
