09:15 ET Futures Still Weak : S&P and Dow futures have improved a bit, but Nasdaq staying very weak....Overall, the futures are pointing to a much lower open mostly on a warning from Intel (INTC 27.00), but also a warning from Biogen (BGEN 47.70) and more trouble for Tyco Intl (TYC 14.55). RF Micro (RFMD 15.24) is down 35% on a warning....The hope is that this will be the capitulation traders have been waiting for in order to establish a bottom. The Nasdaq looks to open at it lowest level since early October....S&P 500 futures are trading 15.4 pts below fair value while Nas 100 futures are trading 47 pts below fair value. Nas 100 PMI -50.44.
