I like Dr. Risk's assessment. MSFT is (I know this generates laughs, but I've just seen too much BS from them) as dangerous to the American consumer as the threat of terror. I don't know how much computing power is needed to help combat terror, but Wintel can't pull off the large scale deal. If we are asked to rely on them, I'm inclined to move to Belize or Costa Rica just to hide (lol). That said, who the hell knows what the government is going to be spending money on. But I doubt they'll give it to MSFT based on the current state of their monopoly trial.
