Hey buddy you are insulting my techno-khaki credentials saying I believe in centralized leadership. Yep, I assumed as much. Thought I might be able to flush you out a bit. On a more serious note, I do approve of cabinet level status for something called "homeland security" (terrible title); but I do not think it will take us very far toward addressing the problems we now see in the FBI. That is to put more power, resources, etc. at the local levels and then hold them accountable. Being a democrat, of course you don't believe in accountability. ;) Of course not. Just throw money at the problem. ;-)
