Yes, to the same extent that I would assert that every person has a responsibility to ever other person, and to society, which is also arguable.

That one is VERY arguable.

I only know perhaps 5,000 people. That leaves, in this country, nearly 280 million I don't know, but to whom you assert that I have a responsibility.

Do you have any idea what these obligations and responsibilities are? Is there a very long list of them, or is it capable of being summed up in some pithy way?
