Richard Lindzen seems to be quite a favorite of the Friends of Cheney, as you can judge from what google turns up on him: google.com For a little context, you can compare and contrast what he says with what other people in the field say in sciam.com For what it's worth, I'm pretty much in agreement with the Schelling's article and the esteemed moderator's take on it posted in #reply-17422449 and #reply-17443410 . Sowell's "analysis" by name dropping of the primary token skeptic is something else.
