C'mon, fess'up, you are getting away from murder, right? Or you are simply not there<gg>?

A lot of people like Groundhog Day, I like Bill Murray and Andy MacDowal<sp>, but the movie does absolutely nothing for me. Why it is so good, what am I missing? (besides a brain<g>)?
