Initially, it was accounting questions. Then their CEO, Koslowsky, had to resign, was indicted for avoiding paying sales taxes on art, and now there is the question of how he ran the company. Same old stuff! Nothing new. <g>

Here's the problem with that book value, done literally on the back of an envelope:

= Net tangible assets -(0.4)

That's not to say it isn't good value at this level, but something just doesn't look right.
