Amazing isn't it?

The defense was painting Skakel as a troubled teen who has become this model citizen.

It makes no difference what he is now, it's what he was when the murder was committed.

The prosecution was able to get this point across to the jury and keep them in that time, not the present.

What are your thoughts on why they didn't use the DNA?

Maybe after the OJ trial, the prosecution was afraid they would confuse the jury with facts.

I feel so sad for the mother of the girl who was killed. This day has to be horrible for her.
