TYCO TO HOLD INVESTOR CONFERENCE CALL AT 2:30 PM TODAY, JUNE 7, 2002

Pembroke, Bermuda, June 7, 2002 - Tyco International Ltd. (NYSE-TYC, LSE-TYI, BSX-TYC) announced today it will hold a conference call this afternoon at 2:30 pm EDT. The call will consist of an update on recent events at Tyco followed by a question and answer session with John Fort, Lead Director, and Mark Swartz, Chief Financial Officer.

Paul,

look at AWE, PCS, PCSA, NXTL, LWIN ......

If cingular is a stand alone company, their chart would probably be worse than all of above.

I don't think historical valuation range is going to account for the losses that cingular is going to generate.
