David - AT&T has been up EVERY day for the last couple of years it seems. It has been very reliable, unlike DSL, which on occasion can go up and down like a yo-yo (read the class action lawsuits against Verizon on installation/service issues <ggg>). I have friends that installed Road Runner and have had continual problems. I guess it's the luck of the draw, as with Windows you can have a pain free installation process or a nightmare. For the reliability I get with AT&T, I'll gladly pay the couple extra bucks.

Best regards,
John
