DJIA forming a well defined bearish (upwards sloping) consolidation pennant since Friday. This tells me that when it breaks to the downside we are going to go below 9475. I am struggling to reconcile what the charts are saying with how extreme the Rydex ratios are... all I can say is it looks like they may get even more extreme (which in fact has been the pattern this year.. higher highs and higher lows in the ratios).
