"CO2 in the air is a good thing".

I believe in the Greenhouse theory, but let's skip that and like at the microenvironment. Too much CO2 will kill you; look at the submarine movies. As CO2 builds up in the air, and hence the blood, (or in patients with chronic lung disease, just in the blood 'cuz they can't ventilate well enuf), respirations initially increase, then as CO2 gets to around 6-7%, acts as an anesthetic respiratory depressant, and can lead to death without intervention.

CO2 in the air is a good thing. More is better.

Mother nature will solve this problem. With global warming, sea level will rise creating vast coastal swamps extending inland for 100's of miles. The vegetation growth in these swamps will sequester the carbon and eventually form coal seams with sufficient depth of burial through subsidence. Water front and ocean view property in the Ozarks will never get any cheaper than it is today:-))
