Dear Russ,

Have met government officials in 5 countries on different types of projects. I have never met one that made a mistake. Since the ones in Peru have the same model to work from, how do you think the can practically clear up this temporary misunderstanding?

I agree. Both did. Actually both lied. One said to it's stockholders that they are fine with the people and the other said to it's voters that mining should have some significant investments soon.

Russ, I'll take that back. MAN invested 58 million. Probably 10 or 15 million paid in various taxes. The exploration did create jobs for the short term. The government didn't goof up, it was MAN's board.
