A somewhat convoluted example.

The right to practice the religion of your choice does not allow you to infringe on the rights of others. If your religion says "you must kill the infidels", it is definitely not protected by the Constitution.

Suicide is against the law, but I believe that is a vestige of the European Christian underpinnings of American (English) law. I wonder about the outcome of a constitutional challenge of laws that prevent euthanasia.

I'd suggest studying up on the Constitution, what it covers, and where it is limited. If you find that it says that you have the right to single out, persecute, and otherwise restrict the rights of a group of people because of the actions of a few, let me know.
