The CA energy 'crisis' was the biggest corporate scam since the S&L crisis (coincidence that a 'business-friendly' administration was also in place then?). I wrote on this forum many months ago about how we in CA were being gouged by the energy companies, and how the conservatives howled and denied.

Which are worse: the criminals, or the dupes that allow them to continue to rob?

You need to start reading some up to date articles. The White House started sending the requested documents to Lieberman last Monday when he finally acquired secure storage space.
