Because maybe he profited while also harming the bad guys? Because he sent money to Lebanon? What if he sent the money to Brazil? Would we be in the same place? 1) I think all leaks are a big deal to the FBI and considering the way Tony treated people he THOUGHT (convicted without proof many times) leaked information from his private site, one would think he could understand that importance. 2) That is ridiculous 3) I think that might be part of the reason they are holding him without bail. Considering the other evidence and his probation violation, would you think he is a flight risk? Didn't he tell site members he bought a "hotel" in lebanon? What about hte rest of the evidence? POA to mary, come on, you know the control freak wouldn't do that if he was planning on staying around. 4) I think if all his efforts towards flight were directed towards cuba or any other non extraditing country that he could gain easy access to with a second passport, we would be in the same situation. And rightly so. Please peter, get out of your denial stage. the facts in the case that have been revealed warrant the government's actions so far. You know first hand that he is guilty of some of the charges and I believe that whole heartedly after reading some of the excerps from the logs of the past year. Yes, Tony, much like the FBI had plenty of leaks form his enterprising site.We are witnessing an outrageous injustice. Is he guilty of crimes? I don't know. But even if he is guilty of some of them, the law is being applied disproportionately against Tony. How????? He is being treated like any other repeat felon with the means and apparant willingness to flee. My guess is the gov only picked him up when they did because he would have been gone if they waited. Since what the media and these message boards means nothing, what do you think the government has done so far to tony that is unjust? Certainly arresting him was fair. Holding him without bail is fair considering the flight risk case. He has the right to a quick and speedy trial. Where lies the injustice with the system in regards to Tony? Rmemebr the justice system may appear to be played unfairly in the media but the trial will be in a courtroom and not a single article written now will matter in the least. Your opinion is dilusionally slanted by the apparant friendship and enterprising relationship you shared. Da Nile ain't just a river in Egypt
