No, I am not, the 1296, is an "outside probability, the target is still 300 to 350 from the May top, or 1409/59. What I did suggest is not to get extremely bullish when (and if) these levels are reached and watch for true bottom signs (the white in the MM's eyes), since the turnips have been known to be too optimistic. If we do not develop a "quality bottom", these numbers could indeed be wrong and we "could" go a s low at 1296 (and some here, like Softie and West even think 1000 is possible). I have a high degree of confidence that the top of the range will be reached, a very low degree of confidence in determining, now ,if "that is going to be it", then. The turnips' job is and was to try and keep "bright siders" out during periods of major declines, not to try and call every single swing up and down to the point and to the hour (they attempt to do that as well, but they can't be more than 60% right on those ultrashort swings, even though some of the recent "to the hills" call where right on.
