Should Christians also hang their head in shame at the way Serbia 'Christians' slaughtered Muslim men, women, and children? Should Catholics hang their head in shame at the dispicable pedophile priests? Every group has evil members. It is the responsibility of each group to police itself, or shall we leave that to the professionals? Btw: I inferred from your 'behavioral' comments followed by the 'Muslim' that you were linking the two. If not, and you simply mean to target Al Qaida or terrorists in general, then of course I agree. However, Al Qaida and their ilk are a tiny percentage of the Muslim world.
