If the Supreme Court would finally get the balls to directly rule on the 2nd amendment, I would follow the letter of their interpretation, as I'm sure you would. I wish they wouldn't make it such a guessing game.

Note: the NRA backed off of their constitutional challenge of the California Assault Weapons Ban because they feared the clarity it might have produced. If they were so sure of their interpretation, they would have taken it to the top.
