Quite a long time ago, I clicked on a few of these out of curiosity or error, but that was when I had a different computer and different email address, so there is no reason I can think of that I should continue to get these, unless there are non-porn sites that the senders think correlate with, for example, a sexual interest in farm animals and pets or in hot Asian school girl sluts. (BTW: I've asked how to lessen this on the Computer Learning thread. There's no way you can stop getting on new lists, but if you never open one of these emails (often you don't know what they are, however, until you've clicked on them), that particular sender will eventually take your off their list; others will find you, though.)
