Nice find on the NAZ new highs, pvz. It looks as though were going to get a confluence of all these various indicator bottoming at the same time - a perfect storm if you will. Question is when.

Time to start the ARMS Index clock again?

1.64 is pretty damn high. KB and I were discussing a few days ago that 1.50 doesn't work anymore. ARMS needs to be re-scaled to say 1.65 -1.70. It's going to be tough to get the ARMS higher. It will require some vicious selling in the next few days to replace 1.61, 1.68 and 1.53:

Not that a little more selling is unlikely to occur. I'd better be paying attention and quick on the shorts though.
