Kevin doesn't care about all that. He cares about protecting the constitution and the bill of rights absolutely. Except when it comes to the right to keep and bear arms. That right he delegates to the government.

That dripping sound you hear? That's sarcasm.

Do people register and say, I am a criminal? If a person of criminal intent has guns, why would one think he would register them?

The point is that there is no way of tracking guns, so the trail of responsibility ends. Guns that are stolen or lost are not necessarily reported, and guns that are illegally sold cannot be tracked. If a gun had to be registered, then we could catch some of the scum that were illegally selling guns to undesirables.
