Morning all. Wow, you guys patrol this thread 24x7? I'll try to respond to subjects rather than all individual posts. I do not believe I am being illogical in my stances on lose of rights and the 2nd amendment. Here is why: I believe the Constitution is sacred, and should not be bent despite whatever crisis of the day emerges. However, I disagree that the 2nd amendment protects an individuals rights to own a gun. So my argument against the supposed 'right' to individual gun ownership is not inconsistent with my argument to protect the more clearly stated rights of the Constitution.
