chojiro,

How long do you think it will be before they end up doing a reverse split to lighten the burden(which Tom created) on the shareholders or to keep their NASDQ listing?

I don't see a reverse split in the cards. How long do you think it will be?

I remember your post from two months ago Chojiro. Although I don't generally post here, I was lurking. I got a chuckle out of Siebel criticizing other companies for their accounting practices as well. As much as I like to repeat the story about Larry Ellison exercising 706 million in options last year while Oracle stock was declining 57%, the fact is that the impact on Siebel's results from accounting for stock options with Black Scholes is far worse than the same exercise is for Oracle. Tom Siebel has a much more significant stealth income pipeline running than Larry in terms of impact on their respective companies' results.

Best, Huey
