kb, I'm new to observing the TICK, but got interested because Zeev is looking for 3 negative 1000 TICK days. He gave this link quote.yahoo.com^vix+^vxn+%5Etic.n+%5Esti.n+%5Esti.o&d=t

Second, I found that Medved Quote Tracker will stream the NYSE TICK rt. The data comes from quote.com . I already display the major indices and VIX there and added the TICK and P/C ratio just now. Have to wait till Monday to see it.

kb, Dabum, other candlestick experts:

Looking at the $COMPQ chart. Is there a significance to the hollow red pattern from COMPQ$ (and several other tech issues) on Friday. It seems a pretty rare thing to happen.
Obviously it means that the NASDAQ closed lower than the previous day, but higher than the open.
Wanting to know if the pattern is considered bullish, bearish or neutral??
