Well, certainly SOMEONE in the militia has a Stinger, or a tank, or artillery. The point was not that each soldier is overloaded with every possible weapon. Rather, that if access to weapons is protected by the 2nd amendment with regards to a well regulated militia, and every citizen is truly part of the militia, then everyone should have access to whatever weapons a militia must have. I don't recall anything in the amendment talking about hand guns, rifles, or what types of weapons. Ergo, if I want a Stinger or a tank, the 2nd amendment says I can have one.
