90% limit, only on fast turns markets, but even then hitting the ask on a buy or the bid on the low. Typically, when I decide on launching the lunch tactic, I would use a limit (buy) just under the then prevailing bid (unless it is really big size, like 10,000 plus...). In most other cases, OB limit orders are used.
