So the answer is Yes. You did ask Laz not to post to or about you, and did assume that you could continue to post to or about him, and assumed, also, that he understood that the deal was one way, assuming as you additionally did that he was familiar with various public pledges you had made not to "agree to bind [yourself] in any way," (and he was silly not to realize that that would apply even if you asked him to bind himself.)

Sure sounds pretty close to one to me.

Except, of course, that you considered it one sided. YOu apparently could PM or post to me or slander me even with me on ignore.
