How about if if it's your few miles? And it tends to be more than a few miles. Those oil pools tend to be fairly large meaning many tens of miles are affected. And so far, they have been found along areas of polulated coast such as LA and Santa Barbara.

And iy isn't really the sight of the rigs out to sea. It's more leakage from the wells and accidents. Black guck in large amounts on the beaches, making them useless.

How about if we start drilling in Elliot Bay? Is that OK?
