heronwater-- you can find the def of 'Enterprise' under RICO. It COULD be applied POSSIBLY to a limited number of As assoc. My guess is they have the big fish landed and will not go after the small ones,, doubtful they will hear anything unless they get a call or note explaining how it could be construed they were involved to keep them out of trouble in the future... doubtful there will be anyone with the ego and arrogance to begin such in the near future..

Ask yourself this question,....do you think the FBI would let members of A@P's site keep the profit from the trades, whether they knew or didn't know the info were obtained illegally? I doubt it very much if the FBI would let them keep the profits. I am not throwing up conjectures, I was told that the 5 people arrested were not the only five who were being investigated by the FBI. Do I have any facts to back it up? The answer is no. Do I have any reason to believe what I was told was not true? The answer is also a no, because the info I got was from a member of A@P who got a a visit from the FBI, and they did not knock on his door to sell him girl scout cookies. :)
