It was nice to see a smile.
I smiled when I saw the insult, since I consider myself very undamaged.
I was proud of my work, and don't believe those years were without meaning at all. I also worked with some very, very good people who worked long hours, doing a shitty job, for almost no pay. Are there incompetents? Sure. Are there saints? You bet.
When someone slams an entire group of people so ignorantly and cruelly, all you can do is shake your head and walk away.
